Bluecordfishermen gets started

2017 was a year that Peter Danko returned to fishing.  A new job made him a geographic bachelor and to fill the time, Peter returned to fishing.  After adjusting to fishing from a Kayak and

obtaining fly fishing tackle, the Spring, Summer and Fall was devoted to fresh water fishing for bass and trout.  This included on average three trips to the lakes on Fort Bragg each week.  Some weeks the Kayak was launched 5 days.  Others included weekend trips to the mountains for back country fly fishing.  In all cases, a lot was learned about local conditions and fishing holes.

Now another job move and the start of winter has the rods, tackle and kayak stored until Spring.  Its time to build up a good stock of trout flies and nymphs along with some hoppers for bass.  The weather makes capturing the adventures of the past season a reasonable pass time.  I hope these observations make your upcoming season productive.

Learning how to set up a blog site and capturing content will be Peter’s challenge until getting back in the water is possible.
